"Semiramida-Vitosha" is a large complex of 17 separate boutique buildings with a total built-up area of 22000 sq.m, which is located in the fastest growing and modern Vitosha district, on "Prof. Vasil Arnaudov '' Str. The street links the two residential districts Vitosha and Krastova vada, with a future planned break to Cherni vrah Blvd., and it serves as the location of two future Metro stations, respectively 230 m and 490m distance away on each side of the complex.

The route of the new metro extension with five stops after is selected by an expert council on spatial planning of Sofia Municipality after public discussion.
Experts chose between three options and took the longest to the value of 147 million leva. It has a 4.9 km route and the five stations will be a continuation of the Vitosha stop - on the Cherni Vruh Blvd. Dimitar Manchev Str., Vitosha district, Stefan Savov Str. (at the intersection with Prof. Vassil Arunudov Str.), Simeonovsko shose Blvd., at "Prof. Dr. Ivan Stranski "at the NSA and the Students' Polyclinic.
The first option envisaged four new stations with a length of 4 km, the second one also has four stops with a length of 3.6 km. Metropolitan Boss Stoyan Bratoev explained to Monitor that the complex evaluation of all indicators showed that this option is the most appropriate. "Option 2 is the best because it can take the largest passenger flow," said Bratoev, adding that the daily segment will serve nearly 40,000 passengers.
