The prices are assigned according to the chosen method of payment and are entered for each specific object.

ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS
If you are our client, if you attract a new client,
gift of 1% of the value of the purchased objects to the client brought by you,
deducted on the last payment.
Payment options
Option I (5% discount from the basic price)
20% of the price - upon signing a preliminary contract
50% of the price - Аct 14
20% of the price - when isnstalling widnow frames
10% of the price - Act 16
Option II (2% discount of Option I price) for investors.
90% of the price - upon signing a preliminary contract
10% of the price - Act 16

One bedroom - 3000 € (three thousand) Euro
Two-bedroom - 4000 € (four thousand) Euro
Multi-room apartment - 5000 € (five thousand) Euro
Loft / top floor / - 8000 (eight thousand) Euro
Retail space - 4% of the price
Outdoor parking space - 1000 € (thousand) Euro
Garage - 1500 € (one thousand five hundred) Euro
